Can JNArt customise illustrative style?
JNArt draws and paints in many techniques. It is possible to work with JNArt to create an illustrative style to suit a specific purpose. During a process, needs are identified and JNArt reviews what is relevant both technically and price-wise and the customer gets access to an illustrative style that can be used in marketing or as part of the visual profile in specific projects.

Copyright + Usage
JNArt creates and adjusts some form of written agreement before a co-operation. This is to ensure that both parties feel secure.
Issues addressed in the agreement:
- Free purchase of images or free use for a period of time. The framework for the use of the image.
- Reimbursement
- Sketches / corrections
- Format of the final product
- What the client agrees to deliver before the assignment in terms of necessary information and materials for the project.
- What happens if the agreed materials are not delivered or the purchase is cancelled. How conflicts are resolved.
Copyright in brief
It's a given that respect will be shown for the author of the artistic and illustrative works, known as copyright. Always ask before using an image. The author has the rights to use the work and the reproduction of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Usage rights
The usage rights are the rights to use a work in a specific context for a specific period of time. The illustrator can never lose his copyright, since it is the illustrator who created the image. However, in some circumstances, a customer can buy the rights to make an image free to use. To change images that have been created, authorisation is needed from the author. In editorial and informational contexts, the illustrator must be named in connection to the image. In an advertising context, the name SHOULD be displayed.
