It is about maximising your potential, finding the right working environment for your drivers, improving your efficiency, or managing stress and conflicts in the workplace. My experience – From leadership to entrepreneurship, life coaching and career coaching
To be able to challenge and support you in your career, a genuine understanding of both organisational realities and the mechanisms of the labour market is required. My coaching rests on a broad professional foundation that differs from many others.
In addition to my degree in social work, I have personal experience of leadership as a manager, I have worked operationally with labour market issues and career guidance (including within Equip and Match), and has board experience from associations and preschools.
In addition, since 2009 I have run a successful business as a self-employed entrepreneur. I know what it takes to build a brand from scratch, manage uncertainty, handle marketing, administration, web development and business strategy. I also have broad experience in coaching people to reach their goals and find the careers they have dreamt of.
