Professional coach in Gothenburg – Find your direction

Are you ready to take the next step in life, in your career or in your hobby? Daring to break patterns and find new paths sometimes requires an outside, professional partner. Through goal-oriented and exploratory coaching, I help you identify your strengths, overcome obstacles and create the change you long for.

I see clients for face-to-face sessions in my studio in Majorna, but I also offer digital coaching wherever you are in the country.

The right coaching for your needs

We all face different challenges. That is why I offer professional coaching divided into three main areas, so that we can tailor the work entirely to your current life situation.

Life coaching – For personal development

Life consists of constant choices. Through life coaching, we map out where you are today and where you want to get to. We work actively with your self-awareness to find balance, increase your motivation and create clear, actionable goals for your future.

Career coaching – Take the next step in your working life

Are you facing a career change, do you want to develop in your current role, or do you need a sounding board as an entrepreneur? Here we focus on your professional self. We navigate the challenges of working life, explore new career paths and build strategies for a sustainable working life.

Coaching using creative methods

Sometimes words are not enough all the way. In creative coaching, we integrate creative processes to find new perspectives and break thought patterns. Whether it is about unlocking blockages through image making, drawing inspiration from pictures or exploring form and expression, we use creativity as the engine for your development.

A secure foundation: Qualified social worker, trained at an accredited ICF-level master's training programme and in Catalysing Coaching®, as well as a practising artist

Successful change management is built on trust, security and competence. At the foundation I have my degree in social work and a broad experience of social work within the areas of residential care homes (HVB), management and leadership, and labour market establishment initiatives.

My understanding of people's different drivers and prerequisites I have further developed through my ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited Master's level training at Gothia Akademi to become a Catalysing Coach® and change manager. This means that our work rests on a proven methodology, strict ethical guidelines and high quality standards. Here you receive professional support where the whole person is given space.

I use my artistic background to introduce creative exercises that aid innovative thinking and clarify processes using visual aids.

Hire a coach in Gothenburg – Where does the coaching take place?

Coaching can take place in my studio in Majorna, digitally via video call, over the phone, or as a walk and talk. If you live in central Gothenburg or Majorna, I can also come to your home or workplace.

The best thing about meeting a coach in person:

Creative and hands-on

I offer innovative and creative methods that must be carried out physically. This helps to anchor the change in the body and prevents it from remaining merely at the idea stage.

Face-to-face meeting

When you meet another person, you find someone who reads more than just the words. Cues and silence sometimes speak louder than words about what is needed. We also build trust, which can open new doors.

Not just a yes-man

You’ll be encouraged and successes will be celebrated, but you’ll also be asked the most important questions – which may be a bit more uncomfortable.

Continue to the guide

Sometimes we face difficulties and problems that run too deep to be resolved through coaching alone. Drawing on my experience of studying psychology, working with socio-economically disadvantaged people and a wide range of different personalities, I am able to refer you to other support services that can help.

Responsibility

If you’ve made plans and paid for a programme with a professional coach, it becomes harder to avoid change when resistance arises.

What might a journey of change look like?

Establish the foundation and agreement

We build trust, clarify the framework and establish the coaching partnership. This is where the overall objectives for the entire period, as well as the ethical guidelines, are set out.

Current situation analysis & exploration

You assess where the client currently stands in relation to their goals. The client reflects on their strengths, resources, challenges and any internal or external obstacles.

Create awareness & new perspectives

Through powerful questions and active listening, ingrained patterns of thought and assumptions are challenged. The client gains a deeper understanding of themselves and discovers new options.

Vision & development of an action plan

These insights are translated into specific, measurable sub-goals and actions. The client defines exactly what needs to be done, how it is to be done and what resources are required.

Integration, training & taking responsibility

The client implements the actions in their everyday life between sessions. You follow up on progress, evaluate what works and establish sustainable accountability.

Conclusion, evaluation & long-term sustainability

The process concludes with a summary of the results and lessons learnt. The client establishes a strategy for continuing to develop independently going forward.
